Yoga Nidra
In-Person & Virtual
Yoga Nidra is a guided, meditative practice that invites you into a state of deep rest while remaining gently aware. Through breath, body awareness, and visualization, you’re guided into a space where the nervous system can settle and the mind can soften.
Offered both in person and via Zoom, these sessions create a supportive environment for relaxation, reset, and reconnection—allowing you to leave feeling grounded, restored, and deeply at ease.

Sound Bath
Crystal Singing Bowls
Sound baths are immersive experiences that use the soothing tones and vibrations of crystal singing bowls to support deep relaxation and inner stillness. As the sound gently moves through the body, it can help quiet the mind, release tension, and invite a sense of balance.
Each session is an opportunity to rest, receive, and reconnect—allowing the body and nervous system to settle into a state of calm, clarity, and renewal.

Integration
Ritual Herbal Soak
This thoughtfully crafted herbal soak is designed to support rest, relaxation, and full-body renewal. Blending mineral-rich salts with intentionally selected herbs, each ingredient works in harmony to create a calming, sensory experience.
Especially supportive after energy work sessions, this soak helps you gently ground and integrate after an energetic release—bringing the body and mind back into a state of balance and presence. As the warm water infuses with botanical properties, it becomes a ritual of slowing down, easing tension, and reconnecting you to yourself.
